Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. (Excludes made to order / presale items. Read the descriptions of these items for processing times.)If an order is placed on the weekend, it will typically be sent out the next available weekday. (Typically Monday/Tuesday).

First Class: 3-5 business days

Priority: 1-3 business days

International Shipping: 7-21 business days

I do ship internationally, but I do not discount the rates of shipping services. These services can be very costly, and must be insured. The buyer is responsible for all international shipping fees. Please research your local VAT import rates before ordering a piece from me. I will not refund your shipping if you refuse to pay the import fees and the package gets sent back to me.

Refund Policy

Our small business strives for customer satisfaction, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order by following the return process below:

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received..

To initiate a return, please contact us through our email at Flora.Artistry@mail.com quoting your order number and we will assist you through the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in a saleable condition, and in its original packaging. Must also be no more than 14 days of receiving your order as our return policy lasts for 14 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive you returning item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will only be processed after I have inspected and received the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns

Please ensure that you state you are "returning to seller" is the reason to export field on your postage label. You must also state that the items of no retail value, as er cannot accept customs charged to receive your item. We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service as we cannot refunds/exchange items that don't reach us safely. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we do NOT refund international custom taxes and sales charged.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item got damaged during transit, email us your order number and pictures of damaged item for a replacement. If item cannot be replaced due to not having the materials to recreate item, a refund or exchange for a similar item will be issued.(Not all items can be recreated/duplicated)

We cannot repair damage to any items that exceed 6 months from purchase. Any damage incurred by the customer from mis-use cannot be repaired.

Tarnishing or discoloration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our Jewelry Care Instructions on how to avoid this.

All jewelry products are covered by our standard 6 month warranty to cover any manufacturing defects. Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure, and general wear and tear.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Lost Packages

I unfortunately do not have any more information than you can see with your tracking number, so I will not be able to know the status of your package if it is not arriving on time. Your tracking number can be used to file an insurance claim for a lost / missing package, and in most cases, the USPS will be able to recover the package and get it moving again! If an item is unable to be recovered / never arrives, contact me and we can discuss refunding or replacing your item.(Not all pieces can be remade / duplicated.)
